Exchange Proposal Survey

"Another Way" is not a program; it is a new way of thinking. There is no need to raise more revenue in order to expand present social programs; we simply need to improve the delivery system for existing resources. We need to more effectively gather, coordinate and communicate current and better information.
The Harry Singer Foundation is convinced that volunteers can successfully perform many tasks that would unite communities. We believe social services supplemented by community volunteers would be more personal and less expensive, saving local governments and businesses thousands of dollars. We believe they would acknowledge these contributions. We believe this is the only way taxes will be reduced, decreasing the financial burden on working families and giving them lifestyle choices again.
The following survey is your personal Exchange Proposal. Please be specific and add personal comments.
