Local Organizations Survey

1. Please do not be brief. Your time is valuable, but with adequate information we May be able to expand that time and increase your efficiency. We may be able to help you realize the dreams the founder had for your organization.
 Please describe your mission. Brochure or previously prepared material is acceptable. Include the year you became a 501 C 3
2. Please describe the activities your group has engaged in over the past 12 months?
3. Which do you consider the three most effective programs and why?
4. Could you find some tasks with flexible hours? If so, please describe:
5. Describe some tasks that one person or a large group might accomplish in a single day. Describe tasks that might take only 3 or 4 hours.
6. Seasonal Projects such as wrapping Christmas gifts or planting a spring garden or ? (describe)
7. Something involving parties now and then such as honoring someone or some event? (describe)
8. Can you think of any other projects that can be accomplished by someone volunteering 3 or 4 times a year? ( describe )
9. Please describe tasks that volunteers might do in the privacy of their homes?
10. Are you currently using volunteers under age 26, 18, if not, why not?
11. If yes, please list ages and tasks and time spent per week.
12. If past volunteers were over age 18, would you now be willing to use students under age 18? If not, why not?
13. If so, please describe some jobs suitable for students.

B. Wish List

1. What would you have your organization do differently if it had more resources?
2. Please describe the resources you would need to make these wishes come true? People do what? Dollars would be used for? We arrange trades; not money grants but we need dollar estimations. Include anything that is not already adequately provided for that would necessitate you dedicating time and energy to locate funds instead of accomplishing your dream mission. Translate requests for Grant Dollars into tangible items or services those dollars would provide. Please give us your wish list !
