not like the job being done then they can vote them out. But that is not always true. If
the opposing candidate is not too well known, the incumbent is likely to win."

I, on the other hand, say make cider out of it. If there are incomopetent Congressmen in
our House of Representatives, then I believe that the people should squeeze them out come
