"Certainly, we as American voters, attempt to elect the candidates who we feel exemplify the characteristics we demand from the work force. But the task becomes difficult when a candidate reaches a point and/or age when he cannot successfully complete these duties. This is why a Representative's term of office should be limited to four terms, with a mandatory retirement age of 72."
