"A
young boy [got] lip cancer from tobacco chewing. His mother tried to sue the company that
makes the tobacco. This is just one example where someone tries to put the blame on
someone else. This boy is the one who put the tobacco in his own mouth;

of all, a man who fell off a ladder sued the ladder company because no warning label was
on the ladder to tell a person not to stand on the top step. The sad part is he won. It is
a shame when a company is forced to place warning labels on a product, when using common
sense would take care of it."

suggest that we take responsibility for our own actions and don't try to push them on
other people. If it's our fault, we need to take the blame and move on with our lives.
