Chris (below) lived in California instead of Texas, he might support Congressman
Huffington's proposal to give tax breaks to volunteers who donate time to good
causes. Tax deductions have been allowed for donations of money for years.

involved in major community service activities. We all know that money is an
important driving force in America and if such a program were instituted, we
would undoubtedly see a tremendous change in America's attitude towards
