a] library in some financial difficulty. A service could be offered that helped
people fill out their tax forms during tax season. Another service could be a
place where people would help kids write and proof-read school papers. This
would also be offered at the library where librarians or other volunteers could
help children. This service would only require a few volunteers to offer a few
hours a week. It would only be temporary and could quickly provide materials the
library needs."
