Many people in our society think that the role of responsibility seems to be not very important in our lives today. So by improving our role of personal responsibility in which to improve the quality in our life and everyone else in our communities today is that people need to take life as it is. Don't see life as a waste of life, perceive it as to be a God's gift. Having to deal with personal responsibility is like having to deal with many things in life. For example, you dealing with your family, friend, and society that you live in. People judging you by the way you look and not by your personality.
We need to grow and learn how to take care of ourselves and make ourselves happy before we make others happy. Maybe that sounds just a little bit selfish. But Hey! That's the way our community of personal responsibility takes place first and is a part of. Having to take care of yourself is a way of improving the quality of life in a community. You can make many mistakes in your life time and then learn from them later on when you run into the same situation or something similar. Learning bit by bit can help improve your own responsibilities.
Being happy is probably the most important thing in life for everyone. It just makes you enjoy your life better in a sense where nothing can get you down. You need money, a significant other or anybody to make yourself happy. All you need is yourself and your spirits to left you up. Which is somewhat like improving your personal responsibility. You see married couples that are so happy when they first get married, but suddenly their marriage starts to fail and falls apart because they don't love each other anymore. So they end up getting a divorce. Divorces are now common in our society because it seems like it's nothing to people to get a divorce. It probably makes their life a lot easier to live because it stops the constantly arguing and upsetting the kids. Arranged marriages are still around.(In which their parents pick who they should marry.) That's another reason why there are so many divorces. Should arranged marriages not be allowed? Should they even be right for this society? Who knows what's right anymore. Everyone has a different opinion and views on basically everything. People just need to live their own lives because they have their own responsibility to deal with.
Independence and Individuality are the two main things to keep in mind because those two words can help a lot when you are all grown up and see life differently in a different view. You can consider yourself to have more personal responsibility in a community by living up to the two main words, which is Independence and Individuality. Being able to to be a leader and not a follower is another good way of explaining things. Basically you can look around yourself and find that everyone is a follower. For example, the new look that's in or trend that everyone must have. People just have the same opinion on the same things. Another example is when you see people on talk shows saying they dress the way they do is because they want to be individuals or unique. But how could they be unique when the person sitting next to them is dressed the same way. That there is another thing that our community needs improving on.
You have heard about many of the school shootings that are happening during school. Kids are dying in school, which makes us think that schools not safe anymore. I guess you can say that no where is a safe community because you hear so many things on the news. Trusting people is hard because you don't know what may come of it.
So to sum up my conclusion, people should just deal with their own self and continue to live by their words. If you are going to succeed, succeed well. Failing in life is failing in your dreams or goal in life. Which goes back to your role of personal responsibility to improve the quality of your life in your community today.
