Offer your services to a local free clinic for a specific number of hours a month. If there are no free clinics in your area, notify the Foundation of your willingness to help establish one, or willingness to contribute hours when one is established. Think of other ways you might contribute in your professional capacity. Let the Foundation hear of your willingness to participate in Another Way  and share your ideas. We realize you wear many "hats" and may wish to be a mentor for a young person or contribute in numerous ways having nothing to do with your profession. Please explore other categories. Notify the Foundation of your willingness to be contacted as needs arise in your community. If you belong to a professional organization you might request that a Foundation speaker address your group. You should find that participation in Another Way's  fundraising programs benefit you as well as Another Way .

If Another Way  is not yet established in your community, you may be the one to get the ball rolling. If, at this stage in your life, you can't afford the time commitment demanded to initiate a new idea, there are less time consuming things you can do immediately that will have a large impact. Your participation will let youngsters like these high school students know that the world is full of good people who care. Your action today will say to young people like these that adults are not apathetic. You will affirm what these young people already believe; that many people all over the world are willing and anxious to change things.
