Battalion leaders would forward information to The Volunteer Corps Center which would be manned, on a rotating basis, by a few young people from each battalion, a few senior and a couple of salaried staff. The Volunteer Corps would be in charge of coordination, fund-raising and recognition.
Every participating entity must agree to donate to the Volunteer Corps Center on a rotating basis (three-month intervals) at least one adult and two youths for a minimum 5hr/week commitment each.
